Preparation
Ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry) and free from all defective or poorly adhering material such as efflorescence, dirt, grease or wax.
Where necessary, surfaces should be rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and then dusted off. Do not abrade Dulux Trade Stain Block Matt before recoating.
Application
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin, it is recommended that a small test area is applied before painting the entire surface to ensure compatibility.
